This second generation also sports a 20% faster refresh than incumbent regulators, 2x larger grub screws to prevent leakage when unscrewing your tank, and an upgraded electroplated black gauge for added durability and style.

So the psi gauge was on so tight that the gauge warped and popped the plastic lens out before even loosening. If you’re not removing the gauge you’re probably fine but might want a replacement before throwing in a ESG/Euro grip.

By far one of the hardest regulators to work on, I tried to put it into the ESG grip from monk customs but it took 2 hours to get the pressure gauge off! and know the threads that attach it to the air tank have been completely turned to one side and I can’t even access my pressure adjustment screw because of it!

Love the packaging the packaging is amazing. However, if you want to use this for an E.S.G. grip, I would not recommend it because it is a pain to take the gauge off. It was like it was dumped in a bucket of red lock tight. it was horrible to takeoff But if you’re gonna use this as a normal regulator then by all means buy it, this thing would be amazing and it works great. It’s just the only problem I had with it was the gauge was on their way too tight

The regulator functioned fine, but the amount of struggle getting it into an esg grip was way to difficult. I would recommend being ready to buy replacement parts for it if you choose to go the esg rout with it.
